When I was little (and who am I kidding, even now) I shipped Lucy/Caspian. This is all me-reading-books; I never saw the films.

I never shipped anyone reading the books, but when I watched Dawn Treader for kicks / Caspian ogling, I came out shipping Lucy/Caspian pretty hard.

I think Lucy/Caspian was the first thing I ever shipped. Like, at 5 years old. I never stopped lol.

Well, that's... odd? But no odder than any other incest, especially now that there are tons of Fili/Kili out there. Lewis would probably be weirded out. I'm not. Dixi.

I totally ship Peter/Susan so it's all good, OP.

yeah I shipped Peter/Susan and Lucy/Caspian when I was reading as a kid. Oops.

I ship Peter/Edmund, Caspian/Edmund, White Witch/Edmund, so you're good to go, OP. :) Arguments for my shipping (somewhat)Susan/Edmund can be made. You are not alone.

I usually ship Lucy/Tummnus (sp? it's been a while).

Someone else who ships Susan/Edmund (even a little bit)?? Let me love you, nonnie! I thought I was pretty much alone in this wee rowboat.

(Anonymous) 2013-02-24 11:43 pm (UTC)(link)
Oh, me too. I think I also shipped Lucy/Drinian in the BBC miniseries.

I'd ship Lucy with almost anyone (Susan included) but prefer her with Edmund. But I only ship Edmund with Lucy (or non/dub-con White Witch, so I may not be the best judge of things).

(Anonymous) 2013-02-25 02:24 am (UTC)(link)
Funny thing is, I never really shipped the Pevensies when I read the books, but ever since I've seen the movies I can sort of grok why the shippers have started shipping the siblings.

(Anonymous) 2013-02-25 03:54 am (UTC)(link)
I never ship incest, but I reckon Lucy/Tumnus isn't exactly...normal. And the siblings really are very close--I read a great fic set after LWW where Peter and Susan got in trouble because people thought they WERE in an incestual relationship, where it wasn't sexual at all but just looked that way because it's two lifetimes of closeness and another culture's mores about what's normal behavior between siblings (contrasted against stuffy British norms).

Also, if you've seen the BBC Silver Chair, their Rillian had this brilliant thing where he invaded personal space as part of his possessedness...definitely made him seem into both Jill and Eustace.
(still bitter they didn't make that book into a movie--it coulda been glorious!)

(Anonymous) 2013-02-25 04:44 am (UTC)(link)
man really? the silver chair was one of my favorite books, i'll have to check that out.

(Anonymous) 2013-02-25 04:53 am (UTC)(link)
you have to get past the appalling SFX (this is early BBC we're talking about!) but the acting was awesome. Tom Baker is Puddleglummmmmm

(Anonymous) 2013-02-25 08:24 am (UTC)(link)
I rewatched The Silver Chair on youtube recently and those scenes were amazing. I ship every possible permutation of Jill, Eustace, Rillian and Puddleglum :)

When I was a kid, I assumed that they would all get married to produce heirs, so I paired off Edmund/Lucy and Peter/Susan in my mind. I had no concept of shipping, sexual relationships, or incest, I just thought that was what had happened.

Do you have any recs??? It's so hard to find good incest in this fandom.
