Yeah, it's kind of a bummer. Those can be a lot of fun! My favorite pairing for identity porn is the slash pairing Superman/Clark Kent/Batman/Bruce Wayne, and I haven't come across many fics that explore the pairing from a complete outsider's perspective. The handful that come to mind are all written by the same person, but I found them pretty fun and cute. One was somewhat in the style of reality TV shows that kinda collided ("Lives of the Rich and Famous" and "Cops") and a 3rd person POV, one was from the POV of a Black Mask henchman and another was from Steve Lombard's POV (they stay as Bruce and Clark the whole time, but hints of their hero identities show up here and there).
Then again, I really like it when there's identity porn just between the two of them, too. I enjoy watching the different interactions between the different personas, especially the ones I don't see as often like Superman/Bruce Wayne and Clark Kent/Batman. Identity porn is just such a fun kink!
