No, they're not, but at least people are admitting that the Israelis are being dicks to Jews who don't look European or Middle Eastern. I'm quite sick of the attitudes the Israelis hold towards the Beta Israel (and Black Hebrew Israelites but then I'm not at all a fan of Israel's attitudes to who is and isn't a Jew).
