Yes, yes, it is. The expression is another thinK. If you're thinKing one thing, then you thinK something else, you don't thing something else.

"If you think that, then you have another think coming." What the hell is thing referencing in that expression? Hmmmmmmmm? Could it be thinK? It's telling someone that they need to re-think their position (thinK again) on that matter.

"If you think that, you have another thing coming?" makes zero sense, unless you're possibly threatening an ass-kicking. If you think that, I'mma gonna kick your ass. It's not the saying.

Another think coming: To have 'another think coming' is to be greatly mistaken. The phrase is usually spoken by an antagonist as 'you have another think coming'; the implication being that one will shortly be obliged to adopt a different viewpoint, either by the presentation of indisputable evidence, or by force. from http://www.phrases.org.uk/meanings/another-think-coming.html
