18. Really? I think him being a puppetmaster is kiiinda lame because his battles bore me. Although Sasori's don't, really... which is uhh, weird. I guess maybe it's not because he's a puppetmaster? I don't know, I just never liked him much. And uh, oh, I didn't know about the hat. XD I still think it looks funny on him.
26. It doesn't exist. I made it up. +D Which is why you can't find it anywhere. But uh, as for how I came up with it? Well, Gaara's played by Ishida Akira in Japanese and Iruka's played by Quinton Flynn in English... They were also both in Kingdom Hearts and if you can't figure out as who, take a look at my icon +D
