F!S, what household chore do you hate the most? Which is your favorite?

I hate washing dishes. My siblings are gross. I don't even want to eat after seeing what's in our sink. If it was my chore to clean the bathroom I think that'd be my least favorite though.

I don't mind washing dishes. I really, really hate cleaning the floor, dusting, vacuuming, all that sort of thing. It's just dull and annoying to me (whereas there's something soothing for me about dishwashing)

I hate doing dishes. I'm slow, it takes me forever. I don't mind most other chores, but the one I like most is shoveling snow, if that counts as a household chore.

I really enjoy vacuuming and hate washing windows. It's like a freaking spell, you wash your windows and it starts raining in next five hours.

I hate loading the dishwasher, since I get an instant squick from food leftover on plates.

I like doing laundry, though. It's relaxing.

All of them, geez. The absolute worst though is doing the dishes or cleaning the stovetop. I just hate touching food and cooking residue, blech

Haaaate doing dishes. The bits of food on plates are gross, and the hot water ruins my hands and if I wear gloves things slip from my hands and break (this has happened at least 3 times). My favorite chore is definitely laundry, I think it's kind of fun. But I like sorting things.

I hate taking out the trash. It smells nasty and if you're unlucky, it drips.

I like big cleaning projects - like if I haven't cleaned a room in a while, to specifically set aside time to clean it. Putting on music, getting the bleach, scrubbing the hell out of it, and then taking a shower is very satisfying.

I hate cleaning my bathtub/shower because I'm short and I have a hard time reaching certain spots without getting sore arms. I love to vacuum, but right now I hate it because the vacuum is ancient and doesn't work right so i takes twice as long.

Laundry and dishes. I think especially laundry. Also picking up dog shit.

Um...I do like organizing and straightening that doesn't involve actually cleaning things. I find it relaxing.

I hate cleaning and disinfecting the cat's litter pan, cleaning out the refrigerator (because massive guilt) and scrubbing the toilet.

I like doing laundry.

I hate most cleaning, whether it's cleaning up the stuff that inevitably ends up all over the place, cleaning the dishes, cleaning the bathroom...

I do like doing laundry. I like folding the clean clothes.

Going against the grain here, but... I like doing dishes. ._.

I hate dusting though, since I am so allergic that I usually end up being incredibly stuffed up or wheezy by the time I'm done. I try and circumvent this by vacuuming everything, or using Pledge so that shit isn't just floating around all up in my nostrils, but I still hate it.

I hate vacuuming. I don't even really know why. I guess the noise bothers me... plus the fact that have to move around everything standing on the floor beforehand (like chairs and lamps, etc.). And taking out the trash can be disgusting.

I actually like most other chores, but laundry would be my favorite. Especially the folding part. It smells good, and if you dried it, it's still warm.

Hate vacuuming. Love stacking wood.

I hate cleaning toilets.

I hate cleaning the bathroom sfm.

I HATE cleaning the litter box - I love my kitties, but that is so, so gross. I like sweeping and moping - they're rhythmic and calming to me.

I hate opening and cleaning the water locks in the sinks, and ironing is my favorite.

I can't decide which I hate more: vacuuming or cleaning the bathtub. I also hate unloading the dishwasher when it's clean, rather inexplicably because it's an easy task and a lot better than actually washing the dishes.

Oddly, my favorite chore is cleaning the inside of the toilet. It's quick, the cleaner smells decent, and with a brush you don't have to get your hands wet (compared to cleaning the sink etc).

I'm....neutral? Seriously, after so many years housekeeping is just a normal part of the rhythms of life.

I like washing up. If it didn't feel like rewarding all of my lazy housemates I'd be more than happy to do everyone else's washing up all the time - and I ending up doing it a lot anyway, because I just can't live like that - if they would do the vaccing up. But they won't, the lazy sods.

DUSTING. I'm allergic, so unless i wear one of those paper masks, i'm sneezing and coughing, my skin (hands and face) itches, my throat hurts, and my eyes itch. Friggin' sucks.

I mostly try to ignore it and then every couple of months just dismantle and entire shelf or whatever, wash what i can in the sink (we use a lot of rocks and shells and bones and things you can get wet to decorate) and wipe everything else down. Even with lots of hand-washing and a mask, i usually have to take an allergy pill afterward (which i can only take once i'm going to bed as antihistamine = zombie for me).

I'd rather scrub ten toilet bowls than dust. Oh...chore i like.... I actually like to organize and to through drawers and closets and things and toss stuff out - make everything clean and tidy and *less*.

LAUNDRY. If only because I live in an apartment and the laundry room is down a floor and it's fucking COLD out. So I'm an icicle by the time I'm done.
