I got engaged over the weekend! :D

I wanted to share this yesterday, since I'm telling all my friends and I consider y'all folks my friends, but I never got around to it.

It happened at Con-G this weekend. I'd wondered why my boyfriend seemed really stressed over the convention during the week or week and a half prior, and chalked it up to all the panels he was on. But no, he was cooking up a scheme with our friends and the convention staff, and keeping it all hush-hush.

He did a really good job of hiding it! I really had absolutely no idea what was going on, even when he got up out of his chair at the closing ceremonies of the con. I totally thought he was gonna film something for his show or his buddy Nash's show, get some audience-participation thing going. But out came the ring instead! Of course, I said yes. :D

There's no specific date or plans yet, but we're shooting for late spring or early summer, so the weather is warm.
