Yeah, we have a bathroom with everything including a toilet and then we have a tiny room with only a toilet and a sink, for guests or when someone's already in the bathroom. Not counting kitchen and bathroom we have four rooms in our flat; my sister, who lives in an apartment with only two rooms aside from bathroom/kitchen doesn't have an extra toilet, so I think that it probably depends on size? Almost everybody that I know and lives in a bigger flat/house has an extra toilet.

The extra toilet seems to be a thing in flats that have three or more bedrooms.

Though to be fair, bigger basically means fancier in my broke ass book %D
