Dunno, I always thought it was always quite clear that baby aquila was supposed to be the love interest.

Well, I thought the same. But the small fandom was pretty adamant on the whole "brother-sister relationship, like Seiya and Marin from the original!" thing for a while.

I personally thought episode 3 made Toei's intention pretty clear, tho.

Marin (silver Saint marin, right?) wasn't his actual sister, was she? Wasn't his sister Seika (sp?)

You need to take you shipper googgles off. Not saying that it won't happen, but at least for now there hasn't been any indication of any of them having romantic feelings for each other. For now they only have a very strong friendship, just a friendship.

If it wasn't for the DARK COSMO I would agree with you. But the whole "YUNA IS THE ONLY ONE THAT CAN STOP KOUGA'S DARK COSMO" stuff is definitely deliberate shipbait. Plus there are those spoilers for episode 50 that make it clear that they are taking it to the end.

Yuna is his best friend, it makes sense that only her can save him now that Aria is dead. Kouga, Yuna and Aria always had a very deep strong relationship, they had a very special bond, but it never had any romantic undertones.

Nah; instead of Pegasus' best friend being the VESSEL FOR THE BIG BAD it is Pegasus' himself who is the VESSEL FOR THE BIG BAD!

Either way, Omega really isn't like Lost Canvas at all. For better or worse it actually couldn't be less like Lost Canvas. :P

Ok question, because I can't unsee it.
Is this from the same people, who created Casshern Sins? The drawing style just seems so... familiar in a distinctive way (meaning the guy looking like a hardcore bishi - not that I'm complaining though)

The character designer of the show, Saint Seiya Omega, is Yoshihiko Umakoshi who is, indeed, the character designer of Casshern Sins.
