My mom does that a lot. She'll talk about oranges when she meant apples, the drug mart instead of the grocery store, up instead of down or left instead of right and vice versa. They're always the same kind of words though, like fruits or store names or directions.

I'm beginnning to wonder if she has some kind of aphasia or something.
