Well, I'm sure some weak-willed, half-hearted, excuses for feminists mean that, but some of us are more committed than that.

When we say misandry doesn't exist we mean that it's a made up word that the neckbeards throw out to derail women who have the guts to call them out and take action against their misogyny.

It means nothing, it helps nothing, and we reject it as a concept.

It's derailing if someone calls out "misandry" if they are called out when saying something bad about women. But if a woman is saying something legitimately hateful and hurtful. (I've seen a woman claim that male children who are victims of sexual abuse deserve no sympathy. THAT is misandry and there's NO way you can deny that.)

Feminism is supposed to protect and promote women. Equality is a concern for us ofcourse, but it's a means to and end. Equality, as far as feminism goes, should at this point only be focused with bringing us to the level we deserve.

We want equality so we will be protected from men. When we are equal, then we'll discus the menz needs. Untill then it helps no one to spout this third wave bullshit.

Yeah, no. I was giving you the benefit of the doubt at first, but that is going way too far. It is downright disgusting for a grown woman to say something like that about little boys, perpetuating the abuse of ANYONE is ALWAYS a problem that needs to be dealt with, and the fact that boys grow into men does not make that comment the least bit more forgivable.

What I'm saying it that it's not the most pressing issue from a feminist view point, and that it's not nearly has horrible, or as wide-spread a problem, as the everyday abuse women face all the time.

Some children will be sexually or physically abused by males in their time, and being innocent, as you say, they do not in any way deserver it. It is a tragedy.

Most women will be sexuall abused by males in their time, nearly all women will be physically and emotionally abused. even the really lucky women will, the very least, will be made to suffer in a million small or large ways by males day in day out. How can you not see what is the worse problem facing the world?

Some of these children are males themselves, but being children don't deserve it (I'm really not saying they do) but these males will grow up. in this world that acts like the above treatment of woman is ok. they will reap the rewards of a society that protects them and supports the abuses they will commit. They start out innocent, but, weather their victims or not, they will grow into their place in this world regardless. That is why it's not as bad. not ok, not acceptable, just not as bad as misogyny.
