(Anonymous) 2013-03-04 05:53 am (UTC)(link)That stuff can be partially attributed to networking opportunities, but I was also thinking of even stupider labels: the way we react when we find out someone was homecoming queen in high school, for example. For some people, it carries some kind of status even at 30, and for others, it is grounds for some serious eye-rolling, lol.
