Recs for an embarrassing fluffy "kink"

I dunno if this counts as a kink, but I have a sudden massive craving for a fic where a female character with low self-esteem who is canonically sort of plain/chubby/older/scarred/otherwise not really hot is about to have sex but is shy/embarrassed about her body, and the guy she's having sex with genuinely thinks she's gorgeous and tells her so and really sweetly and in great detail works over her whole body with his tongue and fingers.

This sounds incredibly sappy and maybe kinda sexist, but...I'm a girl and I like fantasizing about the idea of this happening to me, and femslash isn't hot to me. So..um...recs?

I don't have any specific ones, but the Criminal Minds fandom tends to have some really sweet fics with Penelope Garcia, a canonically fat character (especially when she's paired with Derek Morgan, with whom she already has tons of flirty banter).

I don't know the specific ones, but I distinctly remember reading a couple of smutty Tenth Doctor/Donna Noble fics with this as an element a year or so ago.
