She will never be Queen in the North because GRRM will never finish the series.

In an alternate reality where GRRM lives to be 120 years old and has enough time to slowly explore all the ever brandishing story arcs and painstakingly develop all the characters in minute detail, I could see her becoming the Queen.

Yeah, I know about that. Still, it won't be the real thing and I think they're gonna keep diverging from canon anyway (not that I don't think it's necessary to a point).

But hey, maybe Ros will end up as the Queen Whore of the North who needs to be naked all the time so that all the men who'd want to challenge her keep getting distracted by her boobs ;)
