What are the negative aspects of getting an A in your classes?

OP here...

I'm a perfectionist and I've made all As in my classes. The grades are awesome, yes, but I'm having problems with the feeling that I haven't "paid" for my grades, that I need to suffer more to deserve them...

It's stupid but I'm feeling like a fraud for these classes being easy for me. I'll have a much harder time trying to pass the maths necessary for my degree but these reading /writing-heavy courses feel too easy to me.

Even if they're easy, there's people who will fail. You've earned those grades, so don't feel like you need to do more. Just have fun with your extra time, alright?
