The best part of that was all the fanfic where Kira was unable to carry the child so Julian then used himself. The perfect way to get Julian/Miles babyfic.

To this day, that's the only mpreg story I ever found slightly believable or interesting. For all of 3 chapters when the religious moral outrage started and I got bored again.
