Fucking puppets. They terrify me. I don't flip out at people for showing me them though. I mean, yes, I will get mad when I tell people "I'm really afraid of puppets" and they insist on showing me something from Sesame Street or the Muppets with a "but how can you be scared of this?" But generally, if your phobia is uncommon, or even silly (I know it's a damn puppet, but urgh, they're unsettling) I think you should be prepared to deal with seeing it unexpectedly. (Another member of the crew dangling a damned puppet over my shoulder)

Exactly! My SO is always like "muppets aren't the same thing as puppets! Why won't you watch Labyrinth with me?" Phobias aren't logical!
