I went to my appointment, met the psychiatrist and neuropsychologist, was asked a fuckton of personal questions. It was quite nerve-wracking but in the end I felt relieved.
So yes, there's a high chance I do have Asperger's, and also major depression. They'll have to run several tests. It will take time, it will be tricky, they way have to screen me for other personality disorders and/or mood disorders. They won't give me a binary answer, 'yes it is/no it's not Aspergers', but look into it, 'yes there is something, and we want to know what it is'.

Right now, I feel a lot calmer. Thank you ery much, FSers, for your support and your kind words.

Glad I could help some! Really do hope everything turns out well for you, too! And if it isn't too much to ask and you're comfortable with it, keep us updated! If you don't mind me asking, how were the psychiatrist and neuropsychologist? Friendly?
