if it's any consolation, OP, these things tend to go away if you stop feeding them

if you really want it to stop, sell or get rid of the game and avoid any pictures or videos or whatever of him from now on

He's not a child. He's supposed to be around 20, so besides the OPs perception it isn't actually that much of an issue.

I thought he was 14 or thereabouts before reading the comments, so I can see why this would be a problem. I have no idea who he is and can't wrap my head around the idea of him not being underage. That's not the face of a typical 20-year-old, even when done in that style, and he appears to be short, exacerbating the problem.

That doesn't make much sense, either. Taken by itself, I see nothing to indicate the character is 'pre-teen short'.

the face and the height

I'm not saying there aren't men in their early twenties with that sort of face and height, but they're not the norm

that face looks like a young teenager's face, soft and delicate

put together with the height, and it's hard to buy that's an adult

Again, I see nothing wrong with the 'height'. You keep mentioning it like it's obvious, but it's not. He doesn't look short, at all.

And as for the face... it looks harsh to me. Nothing soft and ~delicate~ about it. Unless you're commenting about the smoothness of the lines, which is typical anime-style... and even then, again. It's typical anime style, and in no way an indication of pre-teen. If anything, the sharp edges for his chin and cheeks are pretty 'adult', when for children they would be more smooth or rounded.

In other words, you are seriously stretching it.

This. Not only that but the body proportions are that of an adult rather than a child. Animated children are usually drawn with larger heads and shorter limbs in proportion to the rest of their body, and often larger eyes too.
