That is great. The problem for me is following it up. Whenever I cook a recipe for the second time, it's never as good as the first time I make it. I don't know what it is. Maybe I improvise more the first time and then go in with too much of a set idea the second time?

Anyway this is a major problem in my life clearly and I just thought you should know about it. That dinner sounds really good though, I'm glad it was good.

You are a fluke cook? That's interesting. Usually it's opposite with me. First times are often a disaster. I am left standing in the kitchen going, "That doesn't look...good." And then wondering where I went wrong.
