Boring. Really, really boring. I really did not care if Richard lived or died, because he has the personality of wet toast. Also a little creepy (Adult man falls for teenage girl, ew...)

I wish I could say I disagreed. I love the Marquis de Carabas, but he was not enough to save that book.
