I cannot begin to describe how much I love the idea of it :D I picture it always being full of a back-and-forth of devastatingly dry snippy snark on McGonagall's side and OTT melodramatic hammy lecturing and pontificating and insulting on Trelawney's, mixed with extreme fascination in one another and pushing each other out of each other's comfort zones. Technically, I mostly just like how their characters would bounce off each other, but shipping it makes the potential for intimate interaction and tension so much better. And pretty hot too.

I could do this allllll day... :D

Umbridge is a wonderful force in that she brings together all sorts of conflicting people in their mutual loathing of her.
