Man I was totally expecting want from this secret. I guess people care less about comics Loki than I thought.

kid loki secrets usually get a pretty decent amount of comments, I guess people aren't really feeling it today. I mean, what is there to say? "No, he totally deserved to be abused"?

I'm surprised this is a secret.

Was he really abused though? Remember Loki is an extremely unreliable narrator and that the only canon scene we have of them together is Loki being slapped for saying he's a coward. Not ideal parenting by our standards, no, but there's no indication this is abnormal for frost giant society.

Laufey is about 10 times bigger than Loki, though, because Loki is small for a Frost Giant. That single slap sent him flying to the wall.

I'd consider the scene where Loki, back in the past, goes to finish the job on Laufey while screaming "you will never strike me again!" another proof.
