the first part of your secret was sweet, but the last paragraph?

er, there's nothing wrong with using a fantasy to cope, but disconnecting from real life and ending friendships (and not caring about it as long as you still have KH?!), that's where the healthiness ends

please please see a good psychologist/therapist, if it's within your means to do so (and if it's not, see if you can find some way to make it be within your means)

^Agreed, OP. Go see a counsellor: I know that's the advice everyone gives, and I know it's easier said than done, but it might help? Hugs if you want. I'm sorry you had to go through that, but maybe it's time to start looking at recovery.

I used to be super obsessed with KH, so I know just how you feel. But please, don't let it ruin your real life. I'm all for saying I am obsessed with stuff, but a good obsession should lead you on to better things in your life, not isolate you from everything else. That's like having a friend who pretends to be sweet and really good to you, but forces you to cut ties with everyone else and only focus on them.
