There was a secret maker that brought up a really good point a couple of weeks ago:

The Wall should be full of rape. It's a boy's-only club where they're forbidden to ever have sex. Many of the people on it are actually rapists and murderers and horrible people already. But there isn't any threat of it.

This is a pretty gross oversight for a guy who defends the amount of rape in his story as being realistic.

You mean the brothel they're not supposed to go to and the one two of the three still extant towers of the Watch can't even get to?

Or did you mean like how military men often visit prostitutes or have girlfriends while on leave yet male/male rape is still rampant in those organizations?

I remember thinking that the one boy from the brothel who helped defend the wall was in imminent danger or something. But then I remembered that dudes don't get sexually assaulted in Westeros.
