And people who have anorexia should also not be shamed or called "not big/good enough".

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 12:49 am (UTC)(link)
They do tend to be not big enough though. That's why it's a problem.

The solution to a mental illness is not to put down the people suffering from it.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:17 am (UTC)(link)
It is when their mental illness is harmfull to other people. She should not be celebrated, We should be considering her as a shameful symptom of a damaged society. Her existance should be lamented and her and her lifstyle should be shown for the empty cancer it is.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:19 am (UTC)(link)
even though she recovered and she's healthy now

ok, sure

NEWSFLASH EVERYBODY ONCE YOU'VE DONE SOMETHING WRONG YOU SHOULD BE SHAMED FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE EVEN IF YOU FIX IT

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:24 am (UTC)(link)
She looks /Healthy/ to you?!

Ok, you're either a crazy or a misogynist, and I don't talk to either.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:34 am (UTC)(link)
Nayrt. She looks both healthy and gorgeous, and that is one fine ass.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:38 am (UTC)(link)
hell of a lot more healthy than she used to be, yes.

that's the whole point, she's in recovery and becoming healthy. she should be praised for overcoming it. blame society, not the woman that managed to come out of the damaging expectations of it.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:44 am (UTC)(link)
someone who is malnourished and not at a healthy weight does not have curves like that, trust me.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 02:06 am (UTC)(link)
I have her body type (with much smaller tits) and I've never been told I'm unhealthy. I eat well and I'm within a healthy weight range, and no one has ever assumed that I'm anorexic (not that I know of.) Maybe it's just that she's in the public eye and more of her body is seen?

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 02:28 am (UTC)(link)
Healthy? Yes. Average? No.

Average size of a woman in America =/= healthy. It's OKAY that the average woman is not the picture of health, but women who ARE, IN FACT, HEALTHY should not be shamed because they don't look like everyone else.

...seriously?

It's okay to defend a woman against shaming, but fat-shaming to get your point across is never okay. Most "fat-related" health problems are actually caused by cyclical dieting and yo-yo weight.

She looks damn good. And no anexoric has that much fat in the ass.

Stop being so jealous. It's not your looks that make people like you so much less. It's more likely your horrible personality.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 02:52 am (UTC)(link)
for real, fat is the first thing to go when you're anorexic. that's why people with anorexia tend to get so many "oh, you look great" comments at first - because it doesn't start to become that obvious until your body starts running out of fat to devour.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-10 10:02 am (UTC)(link)
And no anexoric has that much fat in the ass.

Dude, no. Saying shit like this is not okay.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 04:37 am (UTC)(link)
trolling/jealous/blind as a goddamn bat

YOU make the call!

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 05:33 am (UTC)(link)
It looks unhealthy to you?

LOL.

You know what that is? That's the body of someone who eats right and exercises. In other words, it's the very fucking definition of healthy. I'm sorry that you find that offensive.

+1

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 06:20 am (UTC)(link)
You'd be amazed what a little physical activity and portion control can do for your figure. It isn't even hard to accomplish.

Yeah, this.

If someone considers that body type unhealthy, then they're never going to know what "health" is.

Okay. You can spend your life lamenting other peoples' existence.

I will spend mine watching hypnotic butt gifs.

It wasn't for me, but I thank you all the same.

This is adequate. Thank you.

(Anonymous) 2013-03-09 01:32 am (UTC)(link)
That's not the problem at all, wtf. Eating disorders are a problem because of malnutrition and what they signal about mental health and the pressures put on the people who experience them. The actual SIZE of the people involved is not the problem. Would it shock you to know that many people with eating disorders are "normal" or even "over" weight? The thinness itself is not a problem, though it can sometimes be a visible sign of of physical unhealthiness.

I thought you said she "had" anorexia? Not "has"?

She looks fine to me.
