I agree. People need to stop whining. This comm is decently active, and, imo, has more of a "community atmosphere" than it used too. Maybe it's a a bit quieter because people are busy with school, but not by much.

I think it's also because, frankly, all of the activity that used to drive mass comments and spammy stuff doesn't take place on DW / LJ anymore. It's pretty much all on Tumblr now. We're left with what's left over from that. Which is fine by me.

ew, no. I like Tumblr but there is NO ROOM FOR DISCUSSION. here we can COMMENT on the secrets, all in one place, and talk to each other. tumblr would be all reblogs and likes and gifs but no real community. it'd be fine for posting secrets and a tumblr of that would be fine, but DW is best for actual participation beyond just making/uploading (which is only half the fun of this place)

Worst idea in the history of bad ideas. I like tumblr for some things but the commenting system is shit. Tumblr isn't really meant for groups of people to hold conversations with each other easily, and that's half the point of fandomsecrets.

I really disagree. I like tumblr secrets, but tumblr is not really as well set up to accommodate this kind of anonymous thread as dw/imgur.

Also, tumblr is blocked as a porn site by the place I get my wifi from until I get my internet back, so that would be bad.
