I don't even give a shit about DW itself, I'm just baffled by the people who act like we left lj at a time when we were posting 60 secrets a day and getting 3000 comments when in reality we barely pushed 700 for a while and we had a little over 500 on a bad day and maybe 1000 on a good day.

Yeah, the fucking shaft given to us by the time change did a real number on the numbers. That's the only reason DW looks good. The fuck up with the posting times.

....yeahhhh, I'm not sure the time change had that much of an effect on us. It wasn't even that drastic of a time change. I think it was more likely due to lj fuckery pissing a lot of people off and the fact that the comm had been gradually declining in popularity for a while anyway (which happens to most comms at some point)
