Her name is Vanille. And she's white. But her costume is based off of traditional African tribal dress.

The beads that go around her neck & torso were directly inspired by a specific tribe but I can't for the life of me remember it's name.

And the skirt as well. Pretty much all they did was add shoes and a pink tube top. It's kinda crazy.
