OP

I've tried the usual: apple, grape, cranberry, and vegetable. But every time I drink them, I immediately want to brush my teeth because it's like I can feel the sugar just coating the inside of my mouth. I've also tried Naked juices but they're a little too thick and it's like I'm having two meals at once.

This milk thing sounds interesting. I think I'm gonna try that.

Already got rid of all them in my house. Nowadays it's just a matter of resisting every time I pass by the vending machine at work.

Try checking the labels to see if the juice (especially so for cranberry juice) is 100% or not. A lot of juices have high fructose corn syrup which ups the sweet sugary factor. Orange and pomegranate juice are a bit on the less sweet side. (I'm personally am not of fan of pomegranate juice, but might be different for you.) I was going to suggest making your own fruit shakes, but they probably won't be up your alley if you're not a fan of Naked. That being said, all fruit is at least somewhat sugary so it might not be your cup tea in the first place.

My friend and I buy 100% pure orange and apple juices and mix them with filtered water when we drink them. Another friend buys thick fruit and vegetable juices for smoothie making.

You can also try herbal teas for a bit of flavor with your water. Lemon, mint, ginger, honey are all thing I like with plain water.

I love V8 Splash and there is a diet non sugar version of them.

Okay, what you may want to try is cutting the juice with seltzer. Have you ever had Orangina? You can make a home version by probably a quarter orange juice to three quarters seltzer. I like to add some mango juice, if I have it, too.

Pomegranate juice, which is usually heavily concentrated, is also great for this.
