Re: Help losing some weight?

like anonymouslyyours and lunabee suggested, drinking water instead of carbonated drinks helps, but it's easy to fall to temptation so ymmv on how you approach it

I stopped drinking carbonated drinks and a month later went down one size in pants/trousers, with no other changes to diet or exercise at all :0

I have to use a belt now

as for exercise, try to do little things, like, idk, do ten squats one day, or as much as you can, 5 or even 3 is not a bad number, and try to see if you can do it every day and see if you can make the number of repetitions larger

also gentle stretches, pushups, situps, anything you can do in your house, if going somewhere else (a park, a gym) isn't an option

also, do not underestimate walking as an exercise

running is good too but there is a small risk of damage to your knees depending on a bunch of factors (the strength of ligaments, bones, etc., your weight, your technique, if you are running on hard ground, soft ground, concrete, grass, etc.); walking is softer in that sense, but you'll need to do more of it

I hear swimming is fairly good too, but I can't swim so I wouldn't know :V
