I've started micro-fasting and it's helped me. Microfasting is when you do all your eating only during a certain time (6-8 hours every 24 hours). Of course, you need to make sure you're getting the right amount of calories (don't go over or below!) and nutrients (variety of food/vitamins!) and it takes a week for adjusting but if you're like me and have no self-control on the type of food, controlling when you eat might be easier. I also drink a bottle of water right after I wake up and tea to hold me over until lunch.

fwiw, I only eat between 12pm (noon) and 6-8pm, depending on when I get home from work.
