Apparently being disoriented, unable to walk without help, covered in your own puke, and not actively saying "no stop" means you give consent to sex now. Nevermind that whole deal where being unconscious generally means you can't talk, and that pesky bit in the Ohio Revised Code where it's pretty much explicit that substantially impaired (i.e. stumbling, puking level of drunk) people can't legally give consent to sex.

I hate living in Ohio.

In what universe could anyone think that that poor girl consented? Christ, the animals are on tape referring to what they are doing as rape while in the process of doing it. They were under no illusions.
