Ugh, now I'm reminded of a fic I read years ago where Leo fell in love with a charge's brother and told Chris about it (for some reason, can't remember why), Paige overheard and told Piper, and she kicked him out of the house despite the fact that this happened decades before they married.

Reminds me of a fic I read that took place in S6 and Paige and Chris sleep together, she gets pregnant, then oop he's Piper's son. They then use magic to change Chris' DNA to Leo's so the baby doesn't have any defects, then Phoebe feels left out because she's the only one not pregnant so she magically inseminates herself with Leo's sperm. Yes, this did happen.

And in my search for the fic I was talking about, I stumbled across the one where Gideon raped Leo in the past, but apparently he was totally fine with him hanging around his family until he kidnapped Wyatt and murdered Chris.

I liked Pheebs a lot - except when she started vanquishing Cole every ep - but the author does have a point.She was written in such a way that she slept with lots of random guys. It was sloppy writing for her and the show.

I personally love that the girls on Charmed were pretty sexually liberated. Phoebe, Prue, and Paige never had an issue about the fact that they had one night stands and casual sex, and Piper never judged them for it. What's more, the show never looked at it as a bad thing.

Aside from the fact that they were three badass female witches, they were also extremely liberated and successful women and I've always looked up to them as role models.

I honestly didn't see that as hard to believe. Phoebe was always 'the promiscuous one' so it made sense that her powers would manifest that way. Kinda like Prue was the 'high strung one' and her astral projection manifested when she was stressing out over work, or like Piper was the 'emotional one' and her powers are most closely tied to her emotions out of all the sisters.

It never bugged me about Phoebe cuz sex wasn't ALL the was. She had serious academic aspirations and goals that she went after, she was a ridiculously successful career woman, and she worked hard to be a powerful witch since she had no active powers for a long time.

That's not what anon was saying. They were saying that when she got 'empathy', she molested the delivery boy and had sex with Jason every time they were in the same room. Men do think about other things than sex and Phoebe, as you say, thinks about sex a lot herself, suddenly when she's empathetic, she's unable to resist?

Once or twice, I'll buy, but that was excessive, even with Phoebe's approach to sexuality taken into account.

I love Charmed, but it's pretty much a dead fandom now, and what fics get written are typically terrible - usually of the ridiculous OC variety. :/
