I don't think anyone would care if she slept around or dated around

Um. Except a lot of people do. And not just because of her hypocrisy or immaturity or the obvious PR fueling the relationships, though people call her out for that. Any layers there may be to people joking about her love life are peeled away when someone calls her a walking STD.

You're right. What I should have said is that there's a big difference between slut-shaming and joking on Taylor Swift's dating life, and it seems to me that the discourse is more based around the latter than the former, and I don't think that everyone making a joke about her romantic life is necessarily slut-shaming. That's the point I'm making.
