In Honor of Secret #1

What kind of car do you drive (if you drive a car at all)?

I'll go first:

Mustang GT convertible--and yes, it has a manual transmission.

I have a Pontiac Sunfire. It's not a stick, but I can't remember if that makes it a manual or an automatic. ^^;

...who did you have to kill to come up with the scratch to own one of these?

Unless it's an old fixer-upper in which case don't mind me.

I wish I could afford one of the 5.0 Mustangs, but they're so expensive now.

My adorable black convertible Beetle, complete with black rose on the dash. It's automatic, but I swear I'll learn manual someday.

Also, your car sounds swank.

I am jealous. My second car was a '67 Mustang Coupe, which my parents and I refurbished, and then a '72 Ford pickup rammed into me and accordianed that car, so I got a '65 Mustang Coupe, and took what I could out of the first 'stang and replaced it in the second 'stang, and drove that for years. Sadly, my parents moved out of state, and my husband wasn't into cars at all, so I wound up having to sell my Mustang, something that still irks me.

I am currently driving a 2003 Chevy S10, stick, because I prefer stick to automatic after having too many automatic transmissions go out on me. Also, I am the only owner of my S10.

Toyota Corolla. It's an automatic but my previous two cars were manual and I prefer that.

My first car was a VW Beetle (Bug? The new versions, I don't remember which is which.) Zoomin' little stick-shift that I loved.

I currently drive an old Toyota Corolla because it was a hand-me-down that my partner's step-mom gave us because she wanted a new car. It's an automatic, which is sort of annoying to me, but I'll probably trade it in for something a little more my speed when I have the money.

Maybe a Yaris. I like tiny cars, okay? :(

I drive a Nissan Rat Trap, also known as the 2000 Pathfinder. I fucking love my car, but I'll be damned if there isn't always something wrong with him. Sigh.

Proton Saga. Don't worry if you've never heard of it. It's quite... niche.

First car was an Acura Integra; stick shift; learned to drive it to stop Mom from saying, "Men love women who know how to drive a stick!" Lol, omg, the embarrassment.

Second are, a Pontiac Sunfire. Loved it. Was totaled when a jackass ran a stop sign and crashed into me. Was fine. Very sore though.

Third car and current, a Hyundai Elantra. Not crazy about it, but it runs and get where I need to be. Can't wait to find a job so I can buy a new one.

Mini Cooper S. I love it, and it does nothing to discourage my lead foot.

I learned to drive manual and my first few cars were manual, but everything since has been automatic.

Black Toyota Matrix. It's the love of my life. I need to get a lot of things fixed on it though. New timing belt, new filters, change out a lot of the fluids, fix A/C, get new windshield, but I still love it.
