I would love to see him as a prosecutor, but not the prosecutor Phoenix has to face in the game, because then there's no option but to make Apollo wrong all the time.

I'd like to see Phoenix go against him for two simple reasons:

1. He'd be central to all cases (except the first one), meaning yay Apollo screentime

2. They'd have to explain what kind of fallout happened between him and Phoenix, meaning yay Apollo getting a proper past

I don't think it's necessarily have to be a fallout though. Prosecutors aren't evil by nature of the job, so maybe he just got an offer or something and became a little more serious for it. Either way, prayer circle for Apollo rn!

I would expect there to have been a fallout for the sake of drama, if nothing else. It'd be pretty dull if Apollo just decided he wanted to work somewhere with comfy chairs.

Really, it's more like Phoenix having the worst luck ever by continually facing off against the most vicious lot of them. After all, when a third party was the big bad of the game, the prosecutor was Klavier "Mornin' dudes, sorry I was so crabby last night. I'm just dropping by your office to let you know that the defendant on the case I'm prosecuting has requested you for the defense. Laters~" Gavin.
