1. Not that one, specifically but friend*ships are awesome. Seriously, I get way too involved with that stuff - especially for crossovers.

4. Wow... Um. I'm probably guilty of similar things, so I'll just keep my mouth shut.

7. Don't know the series, but- the fucked up characters are love. End of story.

16. I can sort of ... understand and relate to that. Probably why I stay away from the fandomds of most everything I'm into.

17. I even laughed looking for this picture on Google made me crack up... For some reason.

19. You can assume whatever you want, it doesn't make you right. Is anyone that likes any Disney movie automatically a kid, to you? If so, I might stay young forever.

20. I'm guessing... and now I want to know if- you're the poster of the original secret? Or just someone severely aggravated by that one. I know it drives me up a wall, which is why I never commented that secret to begin with. Argh.
If you're going to ship characters, at least get to know them.

22. Vic Mignogna used to watch the series before he dubbed them. There was a whole discussion about it for FMA when the movie came out.... A lot of people are coming to that 'Why did I ever like Vic Mignogna?' realization but I don't think it's fair to hate all dubbers because of one actor, and one show.

24. .... I don't think it'll be as bad as you're worried it will. Sure, new people are often confused and can be made fun of- but once you get the hang of things it can be cool. Juggling fandom friends and old friends might be a problem, though. Some people do lose contact because their interests aren't the same anymore - but others don't.
It's really up to you, in the long run.

25. I'm usually pretty good at it, but she looks rather masculine to me, too.

26. So do it? I know, it's never nearly as simple as that but still. You could give it a shot.

29. Different people write and speak in their own ways. Maybe you come off as a snob to some people that don't know you, but you shouldn't have to apologize for the way you are.
And some artists like comments on those things.

30. Inspiration is inspiration <3 and I can sort of relate to that, in a way.

32. I've seen that attitude with a lot of people, actually and I'm sure that a lot of people have at least one pairing they feel that way about. Even if they don't admit to it.
OTP sort of has a 'by interpretation' definition... For some people it means that the pairing in question is the only one they read/write/draw/support. Other times it just means that it's the most common or favorite. I learned that late, too.

34. Different people express their obsessions in different ways. You're using it as a way to educate yourself, and I think that's really constructive.

I fully admit that it's probably immature of me.

But hey, if they're going to be prima donnas about it, I'm just going to get my fix elsewhere, since I clearly missed the bulletin that the first group to scan a series apparently owns it.

I meant the whole thing... Including the "WE'RE NOT GOING TO SHARE, WE HAD IT FIRST." attitude. Not blaming you or anything. To each their own.

20. Nope, not the original original poster! It just severely aggravates me, and that particular secret and its flippant "why the hell should I care about something as basic as even watching the movie" tone sent me over the edge.

I just think if you're going to claim to be a fan of something, you should know more about that something than how 'attractive' they look. Especially if it's 'how attractive these two look -together-.' the shallow in fandom hurts my brain.
