I know exactly what you mean, but thankfully i steered clear of Reborn threads on /y/ and /cm/ and the apparent 'BNF's in the fandom or w/e, so i'm able to enjoy it being waaaaaay outside of the fandom.

I hope you read it one day though, because it really is fantastic :D but yeah like what you said, when things have calmed down.
