20. Agreed. The fandom was tiny back in the day, but it was good. I wish I could say the same thing about today's AC-obsessed fandom.

24. Dude, don't let something like that stop you from joining a fandom. Sure, it's been a couple of years since I was active in the Death Note fandom, but from what I remember the fans were almost all friendly and nice. And really, if someone gives you a hard time for liking both anime and live action series (or whatever it is your other fandom is) -- then they're complete idiots.
