Don't get me wrong, I'm not really hiding it. It's just, the only people I know who are fellow fans of this series are my parents and my grandmother -- I've never run into someone online who likes it. And I usually don't act all shippy around my relatives, if you know what I mean. So whenever I watch it I end up having to tell myself that it's just a really strage friendship they have; that I'm reading too much into. Purely as an attempt to not act like the shippy fangirl I really am.

I hope that makes sense... I guess I worded that secret totally wrong :\

That does make sense, I suppose. I just always get this way because I always find that (on the internet, at least) pairings are the sort of thing that can ALWAYS be understandable. Sure, there's the people who're squicked out by certain things, but the fact remains that most of fandom is extremely openminded about it, if only because we've seen EVERYTHING here.

Hell, if (whatever it is) had a fandom, I'm sure you'd find a bunch of other people who liked that ship too. I've found it to be a general rule that if it exists, there are people who support it.
