My lab grade is dependent on her being able to answer the teacher's questions about our shared projects correctly. I'd rather do everything. That would be so much more incredibly easy than trying to coach her into looking like she understands what's happening.

Seriously, tell your professor. Do not do the work for her. I went through the same thing in many, many group protects. I thought was so much easier just to do shit myself then be dependent on someone to do their part and potentially fuck up my grade up due to their incompetence. Guess what? It was also so much more stressful- more stress than I needed and deserved.

I used to send emails to remind people that we are meeting on this day, running trials on this day, analyzing results this day, whatever AND I'd cc my professor so she knew that I was trying to get people to get their shit together. I don't know if your prof wants a check on every communication you have with your partner, but you should let him know that you are practically doing her work because she is having trouble understanding and refuses to try to understand.

You should have NEVER sacrificed your grade to the point where you are almost failing and she is doing great. Talk to your professor.
