Tumblr Savior question

(Anonymous) 2013-03-21 11:54 pm (UTC)(link)
I feel very stupid but, I cannot get Tumblr Savior to work. I have Greasemonkey installed and have followed all the instructions but still nothing is actually being blocked. Should I just use the version for Firefox - would that actually make a difference? Help please?

IDK good luck. I am using the version for Firefox and it doesn't work right. I think it's just a shit script.

I've only ever gotten it to work on Chrome but I hate Chrome. Seconding the xkit rec, but I'm new to it and didn't know it could block posts. I just use it so my tracked tags show up on the sidebar. It has lots of other features, though.

I could never understand how to use the Greasemonkey script for it. The firefox version is infinitely easier because you get the little icon at the bottom right corner of the browser that opens a panel and you just type the words and save. You should try the FF version.

Try using xkit. Lots of other features plus an easy to use blacklist setting.

Thank you for this! Like OP I could never get Tumblr Savior to work - this is so much easier!

Where is the blacklist setting located? I can't find it anywhere.

nvm I found it. It's the extension called "blacklist." I have no idea how I missed it the first ten times I looked *_*
