Not finished watching but the only episodes I liked so far are 16-17 with 11 as memorable second.
It feels to me as if it has too much explanation (like I wouldn't have enjoyed 16-17 as much if it was standalone - world-knowledge is needed but takes so long to get there) and not enough explanation (I still don't really know who some of the characters are).

I guess my problem really boils down to: I don't like Akane, the main female character. Especially how big her eyes are compared to ALL the other characters. It just breaks my immersion. Every time. (Although I think I am getting used to it as it doesn't break it so completely anymore.) And I'm not a fan of the first opening song either.
