She sounds a little like Amy Winehouse? She doesn't really sound "black" to me. She sounds like a white girl singing in a Winehouse style.

It's kind of mean, but I thought, "How white do you have to be to think she sounds 'black'?" Well, I guess some black people would claim her, too.

Or is the lyric, "Once you go black you never go back," confusing people?
