Er-judging by the bone pile in the blind witch's hovel, she sent a lot of kids to their deaths. Just because she didn't rip their hearts out personally doesn't mean she wasn't responsible... Great. Now I'm wondering if she ever ripped anyone's heart out and used it to autopilot them into the blind witch's cottage.

You mean a witch whose ENTIRE HOUSE is geared towards attracting children somehow had her only food source being her enemy? Right.

Probably would have been a LOT better idea to rip their heart out and autopilot them around the witch's house because then they wouldn't eat the cupcakes and wake her up.

Although...the entire premise of that episode doesn't make sense at all because now they've retconned that Regina actually does know how to make the sleeping curse so she didn't need to steal the apple back. Actually, the entire season 1 involving Regina and the damn curse doesn't make sense based on their timeline and reasoning.

ayrt--hah. You expect OUAT to make sense? I love the show, but good luck with that. Consistent characterization and coherent plot threads are demonstrably rarer than unicorns on the show; after all, there's been at least one on-screen unicorn.

Nope. Not at all. They can't even get something as simple as the view out of a freaking window correct. So much shit on this show is abusive or rape and none of it is acknowledged ever.

I would say TWO on-screen unicorns. Maleficent's and the one Rumple wants Regina to kill. And less than that in coherent plots.

That's why it's sad. Because people want consistent characterization and plot and the writers can't get their heads out of their asses. I was hoping for a grand plan but seeing Adam and Jane's twitter, and the interviews they give, I realize they actually are as stupid as the plot seems.
