You can break away, anon. You can leave, and never come back. Every day, I come here and I hope that I don't see you... wait, that's something else, sorry, I got distracted.

But seriously, there's really nothing keeping you there, it's kind of an addictive thing and you can deal with it just like any other thing. (Note: I'm not saying that it actually is an addiction, but I think the mindset is helpful to deal with it, and many of the things you want to try to do are the same)
