ADVENTURE TIME how did I especially forget that one. PB/Marceline is basically the best thing ever with the best following.

I keep meaning to get into Lost Girl and Warehouse 13 because I hear good things about the femmeslashability in the shows and their fandoms.

I will say that neither make my favorite shows list, but the character relationships are pretty great.

(And if you just want something with cool female characters, Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood.)

Lost Girl is fun (though I will say the latest season hasn't been my favorite). Warehouse 13 - run, don't walk. You won't regret it. If you're primarily interested for the femmeslash, there's going to be a wait - the primary f/f couple isn't introduced until season two - but the relationships between all of the characters are ridiculously perfect.
