i'm not familiar with korra but from the names alone i can't even tell if you're talking about m/m, f/f or m/f :/

Heh, sorry. Korra, Asami, Lin, and Pema are female, Mako, Bolin, Iroh, Tarrlok, Amon, Tenzin, and Lieutenant are male. 'Makorra' is the fandom portmanteau for Korra/Mako, which is canon.

Honestly, you can probably mix and match any two or more names on the list, and SOMEONE will ship it. (I also completely forgot another het ship, Korra/Tahno, which is also extremely popular. My bad!)

Ooh. I don't think I've ever seen that one before!

And yeah, Asami/Korra's definitely my favourite :) All I want for book 2 is lots of Asami being amazing and lots of Asami-Korra interaction, PLEASE... And preferably Korra realising that, whoops, Mako is a douchecanoe and ditching his arse. But you know.

Harry Potter is pretty mix-and-match! But yeah, there's a lot of multishipping going on, even if there's only a small handful of canon ships (and of those, two are in the past - Lin and Tenzin (Tenzin then married Pema) and Mako and Asami (part of the reason Mako is disliked by parts of fandom is because he moved on to Korra while still going out with Asami), and one - Bolin and Korra - is unrequited).

Heh, sorry, there's some name soup going on there. Suffice to say, there's plenty to play with shipping-wise in Legend of Korra fandom.
