I'm not sure who both of those guys are...but both of them look really, really bland. They look like every other White Male Main Character from everything ever with nothing unique about them...

They're Dean and Castiel from Supernatural. That's pretty much the reaction people outside of the fandom have about them.

well I haven't exactly studied his face in detail, but at first glance he literally looks like half of the other ~so pretty~ white male actors I have ever seen

Misha Collins (when not seen in profile) is certainly not classicaly handsome: Constant bags under his eyes, a very uneven nose, kinda strange mouth, a weird jawline. He's got very nice cheekbones/eyes though.

Jensen Ackles is, but that doesn't make him any less hot?

J2 are, IMO, the sort who make me react like "Argh! Too gorgeous! Get out of my face for a moment!". Misha doesn't give me that reaction, but he's not ugly, even with the bags.
